About Sophie
I'm a registered nutritionist and Mum of two, but more importantly, I'm someone who's learned to be intentional about the products I bring into my life.
For almost five years, I didn't wear perfume. I loved fragrance, but I couldn't find one I trusted. The ingredients felt unclear, the transparency was lacking and I didn't want to settle for something that didn't align with how I wanted to live. So I stopped wearing it altogether.
The idea for Serene came gradually. After discovering non-toxic home fragrance, I realised I wanted the same possibility in a personal fragrance, something beautiful and sophisticated, but rooted in wellness. Something I could feel good about wearing every single day.
Serene is more than a perfume. It's a daily wellness ritual. A small moment to pause, reconnect and bring intention into an everyday routine. It's about creating space for the things that matter, without complication.
I believe wellness should feel simple, not overwhelming. That fragrance should be something you enjoy as part of an intentional life. That transparency and thoughtful formulation aren't luxuries, they're essentials.
More than a perfume. A daily wellness ritual.
Why I created Serene
I became intentional about everything I brought into my life, the food I ate, the products I used on my skin, what I brought into my home. Everything except fragrance.
For almost five years, I didn't wear perfume. Not because I didn't love it, but because I couldn't find one that felt aligned with my choices. I didn't want to compromise.
Then I discovered non-toxic home fragrance, and something shifted. I realised there was another way. An opportunity to create something that didn't ask women to choose between beauty and intention.
Serene was born from that realisation. A fragrance that combines the pleasure and sophistication of perfume with a more considered approach to ingredients and everyday wellbeing.
Because you shouldn't have to choose between what you love and how you want to live.
